I bought my first floorjack from HF probably 30 years ago, and more after that, and I've personally had zero luck with jacks from HF; I gave up on them ~ten years ago. I've scrapped multiple HF floor jacks for leaks/leaking down, and multiple bottle jacks for leaks; mine seem to have a 5-10 year lifespan with typical DIY home use. I have a 30 yr old 12T HF press that's on its 3rd or 4th HF bottle jack, it's only used a few times a year, and it leaks just sitting there. Somehow.
Maybe these new ones are better quality than the old orange line, but I moved on and spent much more $ on HW and AC floorjacks.
Saying that, the new Daytona line has gotten very good reviews here and it seems like almost everyone likes them.
