We are only slightly crusty, but there are people here who know tools.

BTW its perfectly acceptable to put a link or links in your signature to classified or ebay listings.

I started wondering where all my time went...I fidn@ got studying done well for exams and homework got procrastination...checked my browser history and I could pretty much make tabs of every minute that I wasn't in class (and even some time IN class...darn tapatalk)

Welcome, and this is, indeed, home. I spent countless hours of computer type forums but never really felt welcome...started here (mind you, I'm a computer and entertainment industry guy...FAR from a mechanic or such) and I felt welcomed within a few novice posts. This is a great family to be with.

I joined yesterday & have found a world of info.
I feel welcomed & that's nice.
I had no idea, there was a site, like this one.

Really dig some old ones.. & the history of different company's...

I debated for a few minutes about joining, thinking some may not like a girl :"around"... Ha!!

I had that same thought about 3am & I was browsing..
I found the site by googling an old ratchet or wrench for information.
I'm selling some old tools for a gentleman..

Seems like I'm finding a lot of unusual tools that I like..
& buying more from the owner , than I'm actually selling.. :)

I completely understand..
This is my first forum..
I've sold on line for years & never joined any forum.
I sell a variety of things..

A lot of vintage jewelry & such..

Tools are my favorite possessions..
I have a pretty good collection , but find myself hoarding the tools.. & Researching leads me to finding something that I want..

Everyone has been so nice & helpful..
