water separator...

what do you guys do for separating water out of shop air - i have used the long sloping initial run, dog legs, water/air filters at each outlet....but i still think i have moisture as the blast cabinet media tends to clump up (glass bead) - short of adding a refrigerated dryer or something else heavy duty, is there a simple, cheap fix? thx ED

Try putting its own water separator filter on the air inlet for the blast cabinet, you won't get one much closer than that.

Google "Franzinator". The old coot might be banned from here, but he built a heck of a nice water separator our of cheap plumbing hardware. There's a whole "cult" out there that swear by this design.
