That is cool. I bet you could get a lot if you sold them. I turned down some high bids already. Just want to maximize the profit, but I do not expect to sell them for 275 just a starting point in the negotiating. I sure would like to see the pin though!

Rob is correct, it is the small metal screwdriver pin. I don't think I'll sell them just now.;)

isnt the pin just a screwdriver? i think the silver lettering was a racing series but i could be wrong. I have some blue handles with silver and white lettering handles, check this contour blue and silver handle it had those scuffs on the handle when i got it, none else where (never been used) LOL
got this today too!

You got two of those levels ehh? I have some extra blue, maybe we could set up a trade for some items?
Orange goodness
Next thing on my list is a new compressor, my pancake is not going to handle this.

Franz, that orange looks sweet. I bought the 1/2" anvil for my green mg325 to turn it into a mg3255. Pretty sure they never offered the the 3255 in anything other than red.

Those look pretty sweet:beer:

Those scuffs I would guess are truck wear. I have some green handles that have similar scuffs, and those were riding on the top rail looped up on the ceiling in the truck when I got them. It is common for people to take it down, then find something else, or find that the price is not to their liking and put it back. Really harmless to those that will get good use of the tools, but as a collector one just frowns at that type of stuff :willy_nil

What blades do they use

I think Gillette But not 100 percent positive. I would think that most are just re selling or collecting. I took one out of the package, I would not want to use it for shaving.

If you guys only knew the half of it. Some of the tools posted and bragged about are in fact not USA made. As far as the collector stuff, so much is from China it is not even funny. There are over 50K items that are not tool related that have Snap on on them, and the packaging they come in. Clothes, hats, to tooth brushes and combs.

yup, take a walk through Costco. IMO it degrades the snap on name.

ACE, Wal Mart, Costco, Advanced Auto, Auto Zone, O'Reily's, and many others carry pliers, flash lights, and other off brand rebadged products that folks buy thinking it is Snap on, only to get home and use it one time and it breaks.

I am not a collector of tools and stuff along those lines. I would actually use it. Just think it would be kinda cool if it was a 4 blade razor. Handle looks comfortable.

Not sure if this falls under the tool category, but my wife thinks I'm nuts! It's an auto rotisserie bought at KMS Tools in Victoria BC. Usually these machines are cheaper in the states, but shipping, brokerage fees, etc, make buying from there cost prohibitve. It was 1050.00 plus tax and seems to work quite nicely. Now the fun begins!

My dealer couldn't get me an orange, black, or green one, but i did order a Camo one!!! No idea when it will be in though...

The Orange MG325 was on the website a few weeks ago, now it's gone. This was ordered form me new, it just showed up. It's not NOS.

I've been wanting an orange 325. Or 725. Got such a deal on my red it's hard to get a new one. Used for the right price though, and shape. Possibly.

Tell me about the 1/2" anvil conversion though. Hadn't seen that before. Be handy for sure.

Oooo. The 3255. Might have to find another and try that. However if my 325 doesn't get it off going up in drive size is doubtful to help and the 2135Ti comes out.

Just got it a few days ago. 1/2" drive. New from the Idea era. I'm really like what Idea/SK is doing these days. Wrenches are next.

Tooltopia. look under the promo page. They make a 4pc SEA completer set that is $92 and and has 13/16", 7/8", 15/16" and 1" a 5pc metric completer that is $113 that has 20mm, 21mm, 22mm, 24mm and 25mm
The 12pc metric set is $146 and the 9pc is $109 and the promo price is $166 so you save about $90

Williams USA socket sets...
DSCN1524_zpsa7aa5085.jpg

1/4 drive 6pt SAE & Metric, Standard & Deep from ZTSUPPLY (member here & Ebay), killer deal and excellent folks to do business with. Not one damn complaint, and be buying much more from them soon.

Thank you Snap-On for showing that the only difference is the stamp. I'm more than happy to pay 1/4 the price for sockets

Also got these 12pt 3/8 metrics from MRO. Not shocking I'm a month in waiting for my deep sockets. They honestly do have the best damn price available and excellent communication, but they are terrible at stocking and shipping what they sell. Only good if you have no need to get your tools until a couple of months after ordering them. I think I'll survive, as everything is much cheaper than any other price available, and free shipping doesn't hurt either. For that I can be patient...

Mind sharing some prices? I just bought a few sets of Cman's off ebay but I wasn't thrilled about it.

Got this Craftsman but took it back. It loooked nice, but I'll try not to support Sears efforts to sacrifice quality for money. Now I just hope somebody answers my WTB ad here.
