i may be working late at another property tonight, but i want to get your names sent early or on-time tonight..

Some names will be sent as late as midnight. Majority of the names will be auto-sent earlier than 8pm today, but the form will not close until 8pm Eastern Time. -- if you don't have your name by midnight, PM me.

OK, can I make a suggestion? If you are a "low post count" participant, could you please be sure that you either have good info in your profile or you have used the Santa helper thread.

Half the fun is researching the person and getting an apropriate gift. Kinda hard if we don't know you!

I just verified 1 email error out of 160 automated emails.
there was a bad email address and there were about 20 emails waiting to finish after that got corrected.

all is well, all emails completed shortly ago. xmas
