The OEM is on the packaging of the socks. At $5, I'm satisfied. They are very good. Better than the Redwing. Better than a lot of other American-made socks I've got.

Unfortunately I just bought some on E bay for half again as much, but I just nabbed a couple more pair.

Should last me, the way these things wear.

Can anyone post the item numbers for the snap-on ankle socks in both white/large and pink/medium? I can't find them on the main Snap-on site and can't find the pink ones on either site. Thanks!

I started this thread, and thanks to the great posters I got some more of the socks direct from SnapOn, at a good price.
I also bought some from an E-bay vendor for more money, but that was before the links were posted.

Anyway, a sort of review of the new socks :)
They are NOT the same as my last SnapOn brand socks.

The ones I already had were blended with Kevlar and wore like iron.
They were comfortable and almost indestructible so they were a good sock.
They were from several years ago.

Now the new ones they are selling are a different sock.
First, it has the SnapOn name in RED on the back of the socks. I could live without that, as I don't even care for logo's on Polo shirts.
Still, it's mostly hidden by pants legs.
Since these don't brag about Kevlar, I suspect they won't last as long.

Big thing; These are by far the most comfortable socks I have ever owned.
Dunno who makes these, but they make a wicked sock.
I hate to wear shoes. I have very comfortable shoes, New Balance, SAS, Rockport, but I still prefer bare feet:bounce:

These socks are more comfortable than bare feet. I have to constantly remind myself not to walk around in just my socks.

They are selling a good sock for a good price.

Re: Found them CHEAP!!!

Found some at dollar general y'all.

JD, I have a barrel of those from the swap-meet. I use them in the shop as the epoxy is hard on my feet and as I say, I like going barefoot.

I'm not a brand guy as anyone who reads my posts knows. I probably beef at SnapOn prices, snobbery, elitism etc. as much as anyone.

These are GOOD socks.

Spend 5 bucks, buy a pair and then post that they are not great socks.
I dare you.

Now, if you can find the same quality sock, without the dang logo, I'll buy twenty pair today, even if they were the same price.

No prob, looking at the catalog its all the same #. ECOSN2550. B-for black, G-for gray, W-for white perhaps P-for pink? As for the size it the final letter.
So try ECOSN2550PM for pink/medium. Just s shot in the dark.

Thanks for the help but the item number for the pink ones didn't work. I guess the search is still on.

Bringing this from the dead instead of starting a new thread. Just got my first pair from my snap on guy today, casually mentioned I needed to get a pair because of everything that I have heard about them. After I said that he threw me a pair. After wearing them all day I have to say I need to get some more. I wear combat boots all day and am on my feet alot and these feel great. Gonna go back and try to buy the wife some pink ones and me some more black crew and maybe even try the white ankle socks

The cheapest place to buy them is off the truck. If anyone wants some, pm the size, styles, and colors you want and I can get them for you.

I can vouch for them being great, I have two pair that are cycled with the rest of my work socks and there actually the longest lasting ones by far now that I think of it and i got them free. Looks like I should be buying more.

Do you guys wear these in summer? They look thick. I wear the cheap hanes socks and my feet sweat, even in winter really. This has me wondering if my thinner is better idea is wrong?

Been wearing SO socks for about 4 years. Love em, wife loves em too. Between the 2 of us we probably have 40 pairs. They do wear out, but it takes a long, long time.

I made fun of my SO guy when I saw them on his truck a few years back. He gave me a free pair and told me to shut up and try them, they are the most comfortable socks in the world. The next week I bought all the socks on his truck.
