And an elitist too.
No doubt...
And an elitist too.
Nothing wrong with being a mechanic or a trash man.. Too many folks think they need a fancy education to amount to something in today's world.. Lots of educamated folks running around looking for work because they are above being in the service sector..
I see students with discounts buy off the truck every week... It makes the world go round...

An advanced education doesn't guarantee one anything, but it does improve your chances
If you are young enough..................sale the box and get a better education so you dont have to "wrench" for a living.
You guys bitching about who has the better box is like trash men saying "my gloves are better than yours !!
A chrome plated plunger does not make a better plumber !!!
Saying you love being a mechanic is like a fat girl saying she likes her "look".
Go ahead and take your best shot at me.I took my own advice years ago and retired wealthy and proud.
Trade your lunches at Taco B. for lunches at Three forks.
another impossible to verify success
Did your education teach you the difference between a verb and a noun? Mine did.If you are young enough..................sale the box and get a better education so you dont have to "wrench" for a living.
apparently bored.... trolling for entertainment
Just keep in mind write offs go against your ADJUSTED GROSS income. If you made 70k but wrote off 15k your ADJUSTED GROSS income is listed as 55k. It HAS NO effect on something like getting a car or home loan.
Fixed it for ya. You seriously need a better accountant.
Ehh? Yes.. Business's are there to Produce a Profit.. Taking Care of there Customers is what they should do, Agreed? Not sure who we are "trying to Kid". Its Fairly Straight Forward... If both parties are benefiting the Rest is neither here nor there..

What's up with the two periods at the end of a sentence? When did you start doing that? Is it a new fad I'm missing out on?![]()
Yes, I have. More ignorance on display. Kind of like the signs that say " Flats Fix."Have you ever seen a FOR SELL sign?
Actually I had people like you working for me . I had better things to do.
"trying to kid" was probably the wrong choice of words...

Good customer service is just good business. Without customers you don't have a business...any business.
Does that mean I am a french model?Duh.. They can't put it on the Internet if its not true... Haven't you seen the commercial?
Because I know it bugs the **** out you...
I got one for you:
They are over there with their picnic baskets.
Or you can wright it like this:
They're over there with their picnic baskets.
You see how easy that is?![]()
And Yes.. It's been proven over and over that college degree's will produce lifetime earnings greater than your typical HS Graduate on "Average", but there are exceptions to the rule and there is still a place for Hard working Americans..
Does that mean if one has a college degree that negates them from being a hard working American? -or- does that status depend on exactly how fancy that particular degree is ???????????????
Can one major in Fancy? Perhaps it already exist in the school of interior design?
No.. And nowhere did I say that... My response was to #77 catch up Cletus.
And nowhere did I say you did. I was merely asking.
Catch up gomer
What happens if you purchase a box with a lein on it and you try to trade it in? Will they keep it? How can you determine if a lein is present before you purchase the box?
No.. And nowhere did I say that... My response was to #77 catch up Cletus.

No, I've never worked for anyone like you.
+1
I'm no old fart like my dad, nor am I flush with cash. Saying what I'm about to say surely makes me FEEL Older...but here it goes...in recent times I've found myself headed towards the smaller mom & pop/local outlets for anything I need. 5 years ago, Home Depot or Lowes were all I shopped when it came to home building materials, now its a local...same with electical stuff. When it comes to tools...tool trucks are virtually the only place 90% of America can still do tool related business with a handshake and a smile.
The old addage of "Business goes where its invited & appreciated" pretty much sums it up for me.
AND As Hiball summed it up, there are a bunch of perks that come with being a regular..better pricing, sneak peeks, first dibs on deals, and "free" promo stuff...I LOVE my instinct handled Ice Cream Scoop & Pizza Cutter..and my wife does too. LOL
