Its cool to build racecars and yes I am lucky that I can live off my hobby
The minivan is 32mpg diesel , thats why
Heating this winter will probably be oil, but in the future it will be some kind of heat pump .

How can you afford the petrol for that thing? If I had to spend $8 per gallon, I would drive a 32 mpg minivan.

Winter is coming fast here , race season is just over , We did not got as much done outside as we had hoped for, now we are moving inside and will make some workspace and heat source.

The renovation could go much faster with borrowed money but we have chosen to take it easy and pay everything at once. But yes it has cost little by hand

Yes we sell scrap for recycling, we get about 20 cents per kg, for now we have delivered just over 100 tonnes .
All those who help with the renovation are good friends and they are all real party animals. So we do not drink in working time when everything would otherwise end up in a big party
We have many illegal Polish craftsmen in Denmark, but they drink a lot of vodka and their work look like that .

Yes it is, one of my friends is crane fitter and he has brought new engines and control for the entire crane, crane track goes all the way through the Building .. Our plan is to take the crane down and sandblast it and paint it .

We do not Drift but race some Dragrace and have you been on Vandel before you most have seen us
But we are Building Drift cars for Hell Racing team and a couple other Guys

Sorry about the misunderstanding, but I had not understood that it was only dragraces you competed in yourself.
I have not been on Vandel for several years, but I've been in the "race industry" for many years, most recently as team manager for the current Danish Champion in Rallysprint and a drifting project, why I have come across your cars several times, not least to CHGP.
One of the people I deal with professionally (Preben Overgaard), has just bought a 41 Willys drag racer, which he will use for selected races in 2014, so maybe you will bump in to him... Although I fully understand that you will not be competing in the same class ;-)
Are you on linkedin.com Torben? ... Perhaps we could use each other in the future, who knows ;-)

Everything is looking great! That is a 40 HP industrial VW engine. Cool find! Simple to fix and maintain, scrapping or keeping it?

One thing nice about Page 3 is that this Chickypoo is at the very top when it opens up. I think she needs to be at the top of each of Torbens pages.
