Charles,
For the screwdriver set 9508, are they sold separately or just in the set?

Hello GMT,
This item is actually discontinued, but we do have the 9509 as shown below:
This is sold as a set only, but can be found for a great price for such a high quality item.
Would you like some distributor info?

I would prefer the older style handles, do you know who still is selling them?

Charles,
looks like the older version of the screwdriver set is not available at this time, who are some distributors in S. California that sell the newer set (9509)? Mainly around the inland empire area.

Our friends at Jack Exchange in Anaheim should have some in stock.

If not, you can always search the web for the best prices out there.

I have a question about the astro pneumatic flare nut crowfoot set, 7115 I think it is. Do these drive the flats of a fastener or the edge? I've looked at a bunch of pictures and cannot see if they have recesses in the corners of the wrenches to keep pressure off the corners, or if everything is just flat.

Here is my entry since I don't do the facebook thing!

I have a couple Astro Pneumatic tools but this one is my favorite. It's an AP1261 angled die grinder. It works great for all sorts of things and the 30 degree handle is perfect. More comfortable for most things then a 90 degree die grinder. The composite handle is really nice if you live in a cold area like me. I used it a few months ago to polish an old hammer head I had laying around. It did a great job as you can see from the before and after pictures! It's lonely and could use some more blue composite tools in the drawer with it!

Unfortunately I don't have access to Facebook at work, nor pics on me, but I can write a testimonial of a few products I own and used. I will like/add friend on Facebook later too.

Testimonial below:

John Pszenyczniak From West Linn, Oregon

Being a automotive tinkerer/hobbyist/racer and overall “gear head” in general, I have a lot of tools and used tons over the years. I currently have multiple Astro Pneumatic tools and products. From my point of view they are the best bang for the buck products I have used over the years. The thin walled and protective sleeved impact sockets work great with aftermarket rims that provide little clearance, and the color coding makes it easy to grab the right size in the pits. The thin wall flip sockets give you a broad assortment of sizes without taking up storage space in the toolbox and don't kill your wallet. I have had/used multiple pneumatic angled die grinders over the years, and used everything from the cheep/free ones from Harbor Freight to Craftsman, Ingersoll Rand, to my current one from Astro Pneumatic. Granted the tool is still in the “cheaper” import category because it gets bearings and parts from Japan by a lot of “must buy American” types, it actually performed just as well as my father-in-laws Ingersoll Rand and didn’t cycle my compressor as often as the Harbor Freight or Craftsman grinders had, meaning it was more efficient. Also I religiously use their sanding disks and flap wheels, can’t beat the price vs. quality and when working on a budget, that’s what you’d have to look for.

Any word on the Flare nut crows foot question yet?

My cus. service department hasn't gotten back to me yet, but no worries, I haven't forgot about you.

We will have a winner chosen by the afternoon.
We will be choosing at random, so all entries have an equal chance.
It's our pleasure friend! We want to get out name out there and let people who actually use our tools see what we're about. :drink:
