On other forums I've been on, swaps like this have been done before (although not necessarily with stickers). One interesting way of doing it was to put everything in a box, and have people sign up to receive the box, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The "initiator", for lack of a better term, sends the box to guy #1. Guy #1 receives the box, gets his pick, and then replaces with whatever he is willing to swap.
Guy #1 will then make a thread post detailing what he took and what he replaced it with (just to keep everyone updated), and then will send the box to Guy #2, and so on.
Just some food for thought.

Sorry guys, just crazy busy but we can still get this thing going again!

The roster was started and just stalled again.
Add your names/locations to the list & assuming everyone's in good standing...
We'll launch another round!

I'll keep checking in and if the list fills up with legit members with stuff to contribute, we'll ship it out asap!
