I cut the top off a large soda bottle and screwed it to the wall under the bottle opener. The screw will probably rot before it's time to empty/change it!

I don't like taking my MacBook out to the shop and getting it all dirty/greasy, so I dug out an old desktop (unfortunately a WinDoze machine), and stuck it in the cabinet above the bench. I made a metal bracket to attach the monitor screen under the cabinet.
I can take the keyboard and mouse down when needed, and stow them when not:
(I had pre-wired this location for network when I built the shop)
I may move that jack up into the cabinet, because that cord running up the wall bugs me.

Need to get a wireless keyboard and mouse. That way you can sit back and enjoy. Plus the wires would be gone. Wires tend to drive me nuts.

Tore the crank our of a Honda d16 to use in the repair of my beater civic. I'll probably get the civic in tonight and start pulling the motor.

Replaced the front rotors and pads and wear sensor on my 2009 Cooper Clubman S. First time I got to use the lift for what it's intended!

After doing some service work on my old Simplicity blower and not tightening the left side axle bolt, and then proceeding to blow snow, I managed to lose the locking mechanism for the drive. The transmission sends power to the right wheel, the pieces I lost lock the left side so both wheels drive. It really ***** without it. My dad bought this new in about 1968 and I feel a little foolish about this 
, so I made a new lock plate today.
There is supposed to be a spring and shoulder screw where I have the cap screw installed so that the plate can be pulled out and unlock the wheel, which makes moving it around the garage much easier. This will set up will have to work for now.
Found a few flame decals while cleaning out a closet a couple of weeks ago and was bored after the snow blower fix, so I dressed up my mill a little bit.
I couldn't throw out the last one and this looked like as good a spot as any.

This week I got the rollbar back from the paint shop and installed it. Got the engine back from the engine builder and installed it and I put in V.I.R. gears in. I installed a steering sensor and Now I'm working on front and rear brake pressure sensors.

Pulled both rear wheels off my lawn tractor as both were flat, turns out they both have about half a dozen blackthron thorns through them. Dropped them off at the local tyre shop and if they can't fix em then they're going to shove tubes in. I'm also going to get some tyres slime put in for the next time so they seal if they get a puncture.

I start up my ""T"" bucket & let run & warm up, also let it run in in gear to warm up ******. To cold to drive & warm up.. Move so tires won't get flat.
That's correct it is the steering sensor. It draws a track map the way you drive it with the AIM's software. Also allows you to see oversteer or understeer, which is great if your driver can't tell you what the car is doing on track.

Fixed my HX furnace. Used my stronghand weld table to offset some 1" pex with the heat gun. Started to put casters on a small toolbox for the stronghang clamping system.

I added the HF welding cart to the shop. The drawers hold all the accessories plus the power cord, welding helmet and some misc plasma cutter tips. HF has them special priced for this upcoming 3 day sale

A local guy surprised me yesterday with a phone call and then actually showed up {!!!} with a 1948 Panhead frame to get restored, the oldest bike frame I've had here to date. The poor baby's seen much better days in her time and has had a rough life, but he's got ALL the matching-numbered parts -- scattered all over the country getting restored by various professionals -- and it'll be a fun one to do. I think it weighs more than I do LOL so I might have to get Billy involved when it's time to put it in the oven. Pics to follow when I get going on it ........ in about 3 months LOL ughhhhhhhh no rest for the wicked ............

Thansk for the tip, they managed to plug them, five in one tyre and one in the other! It's now got some sealant in so hopefully any others should get automatically sealed.
Today I stuck the wheels back on after cleaning up the stub axles and a good slathering in some new grease, then I cut the grass in the orchard for the first time this year. It has started to grow and didn't get the last cut it should have had in the autumn because of the weather. My sister should have picked up my ebay bargain tow behind roller so next weekend we'll nip over and pick it up so I can drag it around the garden behind the mower.
Tomorrow I intend to grab a good few hours garage time and finish up the roof light bar for the blazer.

Look up Logitech K400 keyboard with mouse pad. It is what I use in my garage. Great wireless range and responsive. Goes on sale regularly for $19.99.
After putting a shoulder to the door to get in due to ice I put a new cap on the trailer jack. I lost the other one and the jack was freezing up without it.
Then I moved out my mismatched husky and Gearwrench ratcheting wrenches for the sears special (50$ for the 20pc set). Got my regular wrenches moved out of the cart and into the stationary box.
Put them in the drawer with the mismatched ratcheting wrenches. I also opened my new chanellock set from Home Depot I bought with a giftcard. The last thing was came up with what I thought was a brilliant idea instead of throwing drill bits in a drawer

The use of a tackle box made me think about summer how bad I want it to come. So I also threw the boat on the battery charger.

Fired up the genset and let it run for about 1/2 hour just to make sure the battery was up good, we are supposed to get an inch of ice tonight and maybe 15" of snow by Sunday afternoon, so I wanted to be prepared - that way we won't lose power!
I also made up a gallon of 50:1 for the snow blower and got 5 gal of regular for the genset - now I'm ready!

I out together my toolbox and started moving tools into it from my old box. I tried to get my snowblower running but couldn't get it to run right. It was -2 outside and my garage isn't heated or insulated so it was a struggle. I finally gave up on both projects. I'm going to take my snowblower over to my parents tomorrow and work in my dad's heated shop.
