This Weekend I had to build a "Level" workarea around my Tablesaw.
Then Proceeded to cut 4x8 sheets of Maple plywood down to sizes needed to custom build my Cabinets.
The Cabinets are going in the Dinning room that I opened up after knocking down a wall.
After the uppers are built and finished, then I start on a Buffet that will go under them.
Using my Brother-in-law's Biscuit joiner and buying a Kreg Pocket hole Jig really made life easier.
Time to make the face frame!

I started back on my work bench. I had the rails for the bottom shelf up off the floor so I could store stuff underneath it, but decided I didn't need all that space. So I removed the bottom 2x4 and dropped it to the floor. I left the first bay up to store my car dollies under there. Then I made it so the shelf is even with the front 2x4

I started cleaning up the wiring on my '50 Ford pickup and one thing led to another... What a mess!

BajaScout: I believe they put an 78 Ford 200 in the Jeenpey. That was done before I started to get to work on it.

LS6 Tommy: The fans are push/pull. Just have to wire them the way you need. So far so good. Keeping the temps down so far. The parades we put it in can get the temps up.

Gave my new to me cement mixer the once over. The plate that the motor mounts to was loose, its a good solid plate that is bolted to the cheap tin box with two tiny bolts, one had pulled through the slot and the tin had bent so I straightened it out, found two bigger bolts, washers and spring washers and put it back together and its now much better, it if pulls through again I'll dig out a lump of flat bar and drill a couple of holes in it and put that on the backside to beef it up. Runs like a top though, dead quite and smooth. I also powerwashed off the old concrete slab where I need to lay a block base for the second greenhouse. (which the mixer will be used for)

First weekend in the 40's to 50 F so lots of clean up from the winter happened. Cleaned off work benches, organized tools and wiped down tool boxes. Started to put in place some organization ideas gladly stolen from others on GJ. Thanks to many good ideas found here the garage will be much less cluttered and more organized this summer.

I finished the assembly of the Kawasaki motor for my John Deere 425 project tractor that I am working on. I picked it up at an auction last fall and now the engine is ready to go back in. Cam failure took out a few other parts. The chassis is ready to accept its heart back.

How will you use this? Mowing....mudding/offroad?

Pulled the motor and front subframe out of the Clubman......got a few things to do. Pull the head and install hardened seats so it will run on unleaded, clean and paint the subframe, replace all the motor mounts and subframe mounts, paint the motor, do a little wiring cleanup.....not much! Also thinking about changing to a taller final drive ratio - it's a bit buzzy on the highway, 70mpg = 4500 rpm!

Summerized my Ariens snowblower, changed the oil, filled it up with fuel and Stabil, Greased the impellers and painted the rusty parts. Bought it back in 1998, still runs strong. If we get a blizzard now, you can blame me.

Wife wanted a day bed on the porch. Had my son's old IKEA steel loft bed in the attic since he was 10 and got too big for it, so I pulled it down, cut down the legs and Voila', new daybed. She loves it.

Got mower ready for spring .Change oil & filter , blew up tires ,sharpen blades , oil & grease where needed, clean & set spark plug, blew out air filter ,clean under deck , washed, and put away. Good days work ....

Filled my tires with windshield washer fluid

I found a clearance sale on windshield washer fluid that was good to -30 degrees F, so I bought 24 gallons of it.

I made a hose-to-valve-stem adapter, and dropped a sump pump into a clean bucket, poured the juice in, and let 'er run. The tractor was jacked up so there was no weight on the tires.

I stopped every few gallons and let the air pressure bleed back through the hose, then pumped a few more in.

I managed to get 11 gallons in each rear tire of my garden tractor, which adds about 180 pounds of weight/traction for the rear wheels.

Good idea, I just put a couple thousand pounds of calcium chloride in some tires, plus bought new rims because the old ones were ate out.

Yes. It's what we call around here a **** slinger and spreads the manure for fertilizer in the fields.
