Snap-On warranty if I don't have easy access to a truck?

I bought this ratchet a while back, but I no longer have regular access to the truck. How do I go about a warranty repair? (just need a rebuild kit, basically)

Pick up the phone and call Snap On.

Just call/email there customer service, they are very easy to deal with.

Thanks all, that seems stupidly easy to do - which is probably why I didn't think of it!

Call or email them and ask for a kit and they will send it out.
