It is for descent quality ratcheting wrenches. The best part about this set is that it does not skip sizes. It would be better if it came with a hamburger and a set of *****... but you get what you get...

The funny part is I already have a similar set, but it never came with an 11mm wrench, which has always pissed me off, since I use that size regularly. For a little more than a single wrench, got a whole spare set.

I just checked a 6 pc set that I have.. I don't have an 11mm either.. I think I paid about $20 for the 6 pc set...
