Thanks man, I wouldn't trade these times with my old man for the world. I hope this press will do well for metal work. It's a 113.21371, an I read that since it has a 1/4 inch or so V belt that it ***** for metal working

I have the .21370 model, and it does not **** for metal. I haven't done a lot of jobs with mine since having to break it down for a bearing replacement, but the few holes I have done with it have gone smoothly.

Decided to change my old Mastercraft 3 drawers for a bigger 26" Snap On 9 drawers for when I have to work at friends houses. I'm tired to always work out of others box. There's always tools missing, its unorganized or even worst when they dont have any tools and you work with the bare minimum because thats all you can carry. One day this box will become a Race trailer tool box but for now, it'll save some dumbasses broken down the road.69ccbaac916a4ff7b7ac28a289ada334.jpga59e2cd7b8fcdf320266d0dd82335502.jpg

I have a drawer full of those HF brushes that I use daily at work. They do the job just fine and for the price, you cant beat em. [emoji482]

Garage sale find this weekend. M12 stuff, with three batteries and two chargers.

The fluorescent light tester is brand new.

I know I didn't really get a steal, but I went to a swap meet over the weekend to see if I could find some Chevelle stuff (which I did) and these followed me home. I don't think I did horrible for both sets at $275 and I have been wanting regular Flank Drive wrenches to complement my FD+ that are in the box with these.

Ahh so u went to carlisle by any chance??? If so I was there and I pissed off a couple vendors. A lot of those tool guys were selling snap on tools that were half beat for 75% of list price. Tried to haggle with a couple of them and they weren't having it.

No this was a local meet put on by the local car club East Kentucky Gearheads. The guy I bought these from had given me business a few years ago and has since gotten fairly ill and has started liquidating his tools. He had $125 on the metric set and $200 on the SAE set. I picked them both up and just asked what he would take for both sets and shot me the price of $275 probably expecting me to beat him down to $250 but I figured what's $25 and I'm sure he could probably use the extra cash. All this stuff was bought off the truck years ago by this guy so it's got history with him and I could tell that was some of the stuff he really didn't want to see go.

I wish I had known that, I made the trek to HF today and bought the 5 drawer service cart, a 1/2" drive torque wrench for $11.00 (amazing deal IMO), digital calipers, metric combo wrenches, some socket organizers and a 1/2" drive composite ratchet (another amazing tool for the $9.00 price).

I saw those brushes for a couple of bucks and thought to myself that since no one I had seen had ever mentioned they were any good they probably aren't worth the effort. I'll grab em next time (its a 120 mile round trip for me and I only go when I have other business in the city).

Think Stanley SortMasters count as tools ? I love these things. I had 6 already, and they were coming in more and more handy-so I just ordered 12 more and they showed up today. Found that more and more often, when need screws of one type I often need several others, picking these up and taking to the job beats running back and forth to my old plastic drawers on my bench.

Special purchase? Or bogo. Cost?

No special nor BOBO, I wish though...

Just really wanted the USA ratcheting for a long time now so I just bit the bullet and figured (this what I told myself) I needed a matching snappy to hold whatever on the other side lol.

Dang nice flank drive wrenches. Are the both standard length?

Standard but they are longer than most standards.

I have the ratcheting set and I love them!! As for the standard combination wrenches they also offer the Soexm710(which adds a 16, 18 and 19 from the 707 set) and they also have a long handle version Soexlm710b. Man Snap On wrenches are great.

Well this is from the past few weeks. Snap On has a Bogo deal with 3/8 impact sockets so I picked them up. And I got my hands on a funnel to help with burping coolant systems and a couple long Cornwell wrenches(12mm & 14mm!)

Here's a picture of the long Cornwell wrenches along with the Long Snap On Fd+ wrenches I have. I wanted to try these wrenches out and I'm really liking them. I wanted wrenches that were long but without the Fd+ end.

I also ordered a few of the new Sk X frame wrenches from the new sk truck that's around. He had a demo 10mm on the truck and all I can say is that I'm pretty excited for them to come in!
