I believe its a old Mechanical Walker Jack, Ive seen them bring well over 200 bucks cleaned up and complete in the right place. I have a similar model but its the Long jack model and works off leverage and teeth similar to a come-along mechanism minus the whole aircraft cable etc.

Theres someone on this forum who knows the exact date but if i was guessing i would say 1920-1930 ish. You think it looks good there, you should see it in action.

I have 1 identical to this one, and he is saying 1922 on the year.

I have the exact same jack. Some years back during an attack of ******* I tried to sell it to some guy during a garage sale for something like $25 dollars or so. Fortunately he passed, what was I thinking?

For 25 bucks how could you go wrong, Even if you just stand around it with your buddies drinking some beer and pointing at it. If the Gears are in good shape it could very easily been cleaned, Prepped and Painted and then if you still couldnt sell it you could always revert back to Plan A.
