I received mine yesterday when I got home from work! My wife was so happy I got it that she called me on lunch to tell me it arrived! Here is a pic under the tree. I can barely wait to open it, but if I sneak and do it at midnight like the other years, my 3 year old would NOT be happy! I can't wait to see what's in store...

What a haul from the John...aka...The Cobbler

I know shopping is hard, but I got stuff I can actually use and need. The extension is great and something I have been wanting. The bits will be used Monday morning and the mini blow gun is fantastic for tight spots. I love it all and I thank you for the thought and time it took to compile this treasure box!

I didn't know you could ship brake cleaner.....I love the stuff!

Happy holidays to all!

Merry Christmas everyone!!!! Opened my SS gift this morning, and my Santa (vortaku) did not disappoint! He got me 2 awesome metal Chevy signs for my garage, and a super nice set of felo screwdrivers. He also gave me the cash to buy the 2 missing from the set, which was very generous. These screwdrivers are awesome, the quality is spectacular and they feel great in the hand. A big hole in my tool collection has been filled!

Hope everyone has a blast opening their secret Santa presents today.

Opened mine this morning. Awesome is all i can say. That someone takes the time to hand write a note and send tools to a random stranger on a garage website. Just awesome.

I got a milwaulkee jobsite organizer, a 3-1 worklight, husky 2 piece pistol plier set, a coast led headlamp that is stupid bright. And my favorite of all, the hand written card. So awesome.

Thank you Harry aka "1dwn5up"

Thanks a ton to dlcwent, my Secret Santa!

I got a sweet Chevy sign (already hung), a book on the history of sbc v-8s, and a Makita knife! As importantly, I got one hell of a letter.

Thanks again!

Merry Christmas everyone! First, I must say thanks to the fellow GJ members that vouched for me... I wouldn't have been able to participate without them (45 posts).

Second, A BIG thanks to Andy my SS, I got a sweet homesteading book and a multi-tool for my bicycles. I love both of them! Hope everyone has a great day and be safe out there.:rocker:

Thanks to Miles for the sauce and pliers. I was looking for a smaller pair to work on lift chairs.

Merry Christmas Everyone!

Teamartic, you're very welcome. Hope you enjoy them.

Just opened up my gift from Anthony aka "ohmthis", I really appreciat it especially with the things you're going through. It's a Kreg jig R3 for pocket holes, simply awesome. I know a lot about Kreg, they make good tools, will definitely come in handy while woodworking. It also had some shop rags that I think we're just for packing material but will use in the garage. :rocker: and came with a hand written note as well.

Huge thanks to Glenn (I'm not sure of your user name??)! We have already had a lot of laughs from the googly eyes, I think they look best on the pellet stove. The impact sockets will certainly see some use and I look forward to finding uses for the chamois ball. Thanks a bunch for some cool gifts!

Merry Christmas all!!!

My Secret Santa was very good to me this year! Hand made by his father, a bowl and handle for the claw hammer (these are super nice and will most definitely be used), NOS Channellocks, a Trusty Cook Buddy Blaster (this thing is awesome), a slide bar, and last but least a Bowman Brothers bottle of whiskey (we be cracked open later tonight)!

I'm blown away by the generosity and thoughtfulness of my Secret Santa this year! I really couldn't have asked for anything better!

Many thanks to Travisnd! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family!

My SS was apong23. He sent me a Husky tool bag which will be put to use in my patrol car. He also sent a New Britain ratchet which is my first NB tool and I love it, as well as a stubby ChannelLock screwdriver, a Proto snipper, and a pair of pliers with no brand but they were made in Germany and have some great detail work. Also included was a hat that my boy loved, some wire ties, and a new pair of safety goggles.
Great haul! :D

Big glob of dog hair was not included... :D

Big thank you to my SS, Jerry, aka JJJRMX5 he sent me a ball peen hammer that he rehandled (actually needed one as mine is getting beat), a penlight, a vice grips set, which I realize that I am oddly lacking (don't know how that one happened), and some local barbeque sauce that makes me wish we were having ribs tonight instead of ham.

I had wanted to wait until my recipient received his gifts, but my children had other thoughts. It looks like he missed the FedEx guy for one package and the other shouldn't be there until the 30th...
