Couple new to me items. Would snap a pic of the 26" Mac axis ratchet I picked up from the classifieds here but I figured I'd keep the image size down for everyone. :bounce:

I found when I stopped loaning tools out to coworkers they stopped becoming "lost".

Useless knowledge of the day....hunting boomerangs dont return and were never meant to.

Few things at work are made a helluva lot easier with them. Honestly I could have got by with two half moon wrenches. Seen this set on eBay, made the guy an offer and the rest is history.

Made my largest and most expensive tool purchase today:

Pulled a transmission last week, and finally had enough with losing sockets up on top of the bell housing.

Picked this up yesterday. 1/2" drive female, locking 3/8" male. About 32" long.

It is bluepoint, not snap on. Anyone know if that affects the warranty at all?

I have the 24" version and they're the best things for bellhousing bolts when used with an impact swivel. Should get 1-year warranty on it, but doubt you'll need it. I beat on mine with an IR 2135 and 24" ratchet and it takes it in its stride.

I hate those skinny long extensions. They wind up like a torque stick, and kill all of the power of the air wrench. I have a couple of 24" that are 1/2 drive each end and the shanks are a full 5/8" in diameter. One is a SO SX-24 and the other a Mac V24E. Neither one flexes at all.

I love that one, I have the blue point version too which is the same LED bulbs but a bigger housing with a hook and kickstand. It's super bright and has a wide spread.

The one I picked up is 5/8" diameter. But yes, thinner extensions are miserable for impacts.

Show us the Jeep!

As requested,
this is sort of a tool, and it's new to me. Plan of using it as a winter beater/junk I buy at sales hauler.

Also it needs an engine so what better excuse to buy more tools and use them?

First cornwell tools. Older 72 tooth design, not sure when they switched to 100 tooth but these look unused.
