HF seems to be doing fine on its own, they have their own brand IMHO
CMAN needs product managers & marketers.
If NAPA can do decent stuff with Carlyle, cman can figure it out.
The main issue is that the relabels all make money by bundling with service (truck, napa)
JUST relabeling at the cheap end is fatal
unless you spec low end quality (husky/kobalt/HF)...just above minimal
husky pro and cman pro and williams kobalt were decent stuff if you picke the right SKU
but those deals seem gone today for the most part. they bit the dust in 2009/2010 or so
