Any deals on tool carts?

I see a lot of lightly used tool carts on craigslist. I'd try there if you need one now and don't want to hunt all over the stores for something you may never find on clearance.

And also search CL for "roll cart". Lot's of people call em that or "roller cart".

Any recent finds on table saw?

Spotted several of those Ryobi boxes and a Zircon stud finder, but could not find a PC free.....

I picked up a handful of DW745 tablesaws over the past few weeks for pennies.

Those Black and Decker 2A waterproof battery chargers were back on clearance at the store I went to today for $7.53, normally $29.97. SKU #1000545612.

Just came in off the truck at my local home depot and they said it was marked to go straight the clearance shelf for $100. Is this a good one or would I better off returning it and buying a different model that isn't on sale? I just started looking at these and haven't done enough research yet.

A friend of mine needs a new system but can't spend more than $200 (the batteries for his nicd finally died and he was about to buy a new drill anyway, the only tool he had was an impact). Is this a good set at $175 or should he keep waiting?

Went looking for the DW745 at my closest HD. No dice, but..... there is one in stock at a different store on the way to work. Hitting it up at opening.

Saw a Dewalt Miter saw stand for $45.... FYI....

I would wait, people were grabbing these for $25.03 IIRC last year. Plus the star lock is kind of "specialized". Fein is junk too IMO. Way over priced, I would take a Porter Cable over a Fein any day.

Keep waiting, those sets are like $75 around here, they should continue to drop.

I went ahead and got the DeWalt for my friend. They have enough left, that if they don't all sell out and they go down in price, I will be able to get a price adjustment, but the way it goes here I actually think they'll probably sell out within a week or two.

I believe this has been going for a few weeks, but my local stores have a clearance going on Werner Podium Ladders. I call them platform ladders, but you have to search under the correct name. They range from 6' to a 12' version. Inventory varied around me. They are about $100 off. I bought a 9' version for $38 and it was regular $139. You can't search it online. It has to be searched from the store computer.

Rigid 18V cordless circular saw, the new brush-less came out and the standard ones have been dropping in price.

Been waiting and waiting, they retailed for $99.00, then went to $95, then $90, then $85, then $80, then $70 and now finally a price I am willing to pay $50.00, I will hold onto it and see if it drops any more but I have a feeling the remaining 3 will disappear.

Picked up a 3 pack of Phillips 60w equivalent slim LED bulbs for around $7 yesterday. I love these things. Put out a lot of light and save on the power bill.

I saw a couple of stores around with negative inventory on that item at 25.03, so it can't hurt to check the shelves even if they are showing 0 inventory. However, most stores only dropped to 50 before selling out.

I found a store with three of them at $25 2 or maybe 3 weeks ago now. It helped that they were still labeled $70 something.

My local HD has had those clearanced at around $20 for months now. With space constraints under the hood, I can't imagine where I would use them.

Same here. I'm not buying those huge ones at that price. I'd probably bite if they were to drop to around $5.

Fein MultiMaster FMM 350QSL Start kit (SKU 1001786296) is down to $100 from $199 in my area. Pflugerville, TX location had two in stock in the tool clearance area this evening before I bought one for my next project. Good luck to whoever decides to track down the remaining one.

I found a display model. It rang up as a penny, so they gave it to me.

So I found a DW745 tonight. This table saw seems to be long discontinued and clearanced long ago.

I looked up the SKU in the PCA and it said it is full price, $299. But, it also stated that it was "inactive". What does this all mean? What will happen if I try to go through the SCO? Will it scan for $299, or something less?

I really need a table saw!

I've got close to 600 bucks worth of gift cards from the 11% rebates burning a hole in my pocket....Any good deals out there right now? Pickings are slim at my local store.

I would wait a few weeks all the holiday deals will be out.

Just dropped by my local HD and the MET has already pushed out the bulk of the holiday product. Still boxed up but in position to just remove the cardboard.

Got my first penny deal ever today. Found a 20A generator extension cord in clearance rack. Was $49.97 marked down to $12.09. Really didn't need it but was a nice cord. So I went to buy it. Ran up as a penny. Lady deleted and re rang the item twice. She then called someone over. They said they can't sell penny items, just to delete it and let me have it. Pretty stoked myself.

nice, I've been needing one of those cords, there were none left at my store when I looked. (but the recent hurricane likely killed any stock remaining)
