If it's on hd.com...not a good deal!

Idk, I don't need more than 350ftlbs out of one of these, if I need more that that I'll fire up my compressor.

This is about the same price as the craftsman/ryobi/storebrands that only put out 300, and it comes with two batteries.

Husky 52" 10 Drawer Adjustable Top 1001-381-374 is now priced at $239..pretty reasonable price for storage and adj. worktop if you can find one in the overhead.

I have one of those and I love it. Just organized it yesterday.

Fits great under the Gladiator 60" Workbenches as well!

Yep, the 2663 with 2 batteries for $199 is a solid deal, I ordered one last time they were at this price for my truck box. For a road kit I'd almost rather carry the 2663 than the Cadillac 2763 in case it's stolen or broken.

Stores in this area are stuffed with these for Spring Black Friday on 3/31, they are usually $199 for the sale. 100 lb. drawers and liners are included. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-46...-with-Solid-Wood-Top-Black-7440946R/206839475

That's good if they go $199 again. Awhile back I needed a workbench and had wished I had bought two of these during actual BF and doubled them up for 46"x2. But they're still shallow at 18" and I was glad to eventually get the 22" deep Milwaukee on the $349 fluke (now long gone). Plus 46"x2 was actually too long for what I needed; I extended the Milwaukee 60" to 78", if anyone cares link here:

is there an ad yet for spring BF 2017?

I got a "Sneak Peek" email but when you click anything it just seems to take to you to every GD product HD sells. I f'n hate it when they do that: "shop all savings" seems to equal "here's our website." Thanks dumbasses.

Pro desk at my store said no pricing on Black Fri stuff until Fri morning before opening. If there was going to be a flyer like at Thanksgiving I think it would have probably been released by now.

FYI...Liners being included is a big help, costs at about $30 to line one on these things!

I noticed the day before Pro Days there was a skinny, preppy kid in my store. Skinny tie, striped shirt tucked in, skinny pants. He was on the computer & it struck me as odd until I realized he was somehow an employee. But not a regular employee - musta been District or something.

Honestly I felt bad for store mgmt- I wouldn't want to take orders from a snot-nose millennial. I guess that's corporate retail though....

edit: I was using the computer kinda close to him at the Pro Desk & I don't think he noticed me or cared, so I shouldn't complain

Only salespeople are interviewees wear ties at HD. Lowes corporate folks have to dress up. They also get 11% discount.

Looks like this will be an item in the Spring Black Friday sale.

I scored a M18 Sawzall and M18 6-1/2" Circular saw for $30.03 a piece this morning. They had 5 of each and went back about 5 hours later and they were all sold. May have something to do with the Milwaukee Reps and the plethora of employees on hand for stock check. My store rarely discounts anything for more than 25% off.

Is the 2763-20 really worth it? I was about to pull the trigger on a 30-gallon compressor and impact, but if the 2763-20 can really do what is stated, I'll get that and save the money and the floor space.

This would be for auto mechanics, for swaps of suspension, axles, and wheels. The 32mm axle nut is a bish...and hoping to find something that could knock it out.

My store has dropped the fifty8V Eko hedje trimer to $216 from $243. If it would hit the $130 range I might bite.

I wonder how it compares to the new 18V Milwaukee?

Good luck finding 1, though.

I have no knowledge of these big compressors. Is this one ok to lay on its side, since it's "oil free"?

Yes, 2763 is definitely worth it. I have the old one (2663 I believe) and even at 450 lb-ft that thing is a beast and incredibly useful. I just picked up 2763 and it is that much more of a monster. Plus, the 2-speed/torque setting is nice.

I would recommend trying to find a deal on 2763-21 or 2763-22 if you can as you'll get the case, charger, and XC5.0 battery pack (x2 in -22). Toolup has 2763-21XC for $260 right now I believe, with free shipping and no taxes.

So the Spring Black Friday sale looks decent if you need Patio furniture, gas grills, and outdoor power tools.
http://localad.homedepot.com/HomeDe...-ST033017?currentpagenumber=8&viewmode=single

On the last page they show a 46" MBI Mobile Work Center for $453, online only. It allegedly has 75# slides, 1000# capacity and is 18" deep

I'm trying to understand how they think they're gonna sell these when the Husky is $199 in-store. Seems like a poor choice to put these both in the same ad.

The Husky 46" workbench with wood top will be back down to 199 for the Spring Black Friday ad event at The Home Depot. These all should be the upgraded versions with 100# drawer slides.

For transport yes. But stand upright before turning on for a day or so for oil to resettle.

Thank you so much! Seeing if I can get HD to price match right now.
