10:00 EST
9:00 CST
8:00 MST
7:00 PST

So at 7:40 PST he should be 9:40 CST and in the right time window

Thanks for the suggestions. These look like nice boxes, but I'm good for tool storage right now.

I did find a couple filler items so far that look good. Zoro has their own brand of stretch wrap for very cheap.

Zoro 5" stretch wrap - 1000 ft - $3.99

Zoro 20" stretch wrap - 1000 ft - $13.99

They also have other sizes. The regular prices for this stuff are about 50% cheaper than I've seen elsewhere (Lowes, HD, Walmart), and another 25% off of that makes it a steal. Very handy to have this stuff in the garage.
