My favorite German tool, not that I have many is my Mueller Werkzeug wrench extender. Nothing works better for getting safe and effective extra leverage on a wrench. It's a must have for doing alignments!

I have a set of Wiha precision screwdrivers that suit me well. I gave my dad the Wera advent calendar from KC last year. He uses the screwdrivers from it in his wood shop and likes them.

My witte torx drivers and I'm really intrigued by the knipex pliers wrenches. I see a few of those in my very near future.

My Knipex Cobalts may not be my favorite toool, but they are definitely my most loaned out tool. I actually get to use my little Wiha insulated screwdriver, so that's probably my favorite. Fits just about all the terminal strips I have to deal with.

My NWS Fantastico's....Holy Cow what a nicely made, highly functional, lightweight tool. They make my old stuff feel like bronze age implements.

Knipex low-volt crimping pliers. They're much nicer to use on the RJ-45s than the cheapie ones.

Like everyone here, Knipex is king. I'd love a set of cobras. If I win this giveaway I think those Felo screwdrivers may end up my new favorite :bounce:

While I love the Knipex Cobra's, my favorite would have to be the Knipex Electronic Super Knips. I've got a couple pairs of them and use them all the time.

Favorite German tool?

Bosch GOP40-30 oscillating multitool with the Starlock attachment system.

Next would be my Bosch jigsaw. 1590 EVS top handle?

With the IIRC Swiss (hey, they speak German in Switzerland. Does that count? :D ) Bosch jigsaw blades with the ground teeth (as opposed to just some stamped teeth).

Or the Bosch Colt palm router.

I just bought these in person at KCTOOLCO a couple weeks back and worked on bicycles with it all weekend. I think they're great, Wiha Metric L-key set all colorful.

I have a cheap consumer grade Wiha philips head screwdriver that I use to undo screws that my snap on won't. The difference in grip is amazing.

My favorite German tool is the pliers wrench. It is great for all kinds of things. I use it on Aluminum fittings, brass or other finish metals. It can be used on chewed up nuts and bolts, that don't quite fit a wrench anymore. I have use them to hold metal I was cutting. I have used them with plastic nuts for plumbing. The hey keep the jaws parallel. these are a great all around tool to have handy. From race car to home plumbing.

oooh, favorite german tool - that's a *VERY* tough question...

The Knipex Cobra's are near the top, but lately the Wiha 1/4" hex drive ratchet has been saving me lots of time wrenching on the motorcycle.

The only German tool I have is my Bosch job site radio but that orange handled pair of pliers in the picture is one of the sexiest tools I've ever seen!!!

Thanks for the contest.
