Has anyone with an Android phone used the vehicle pickup option in the app? It does absolutely nothing when I select it.
edit:
pulled out an old iPad from the closet (almost rotten by now, but it pudges along
), and of course the in-vehicle came right up, no problem.
hopefully their is some available wi-fi near the pickup location.

I haven't attempted in-vehicle pickup on my Android phone yet. It is definitely glitchy.
At least at my store, the WiFi does reach outside the building to the nearest parking spaces on all sides.
If it's not as strong at your store, you can go inside the pickup room with the iPad despite using "in-vehicle", they should understand.4th $1 win today! 6:30-8:30pm bonus game.

I just was told my account was suspended after they tried to ring up an item that was just returned, per the directions of Shop Your Way. Luckily I found a manager that knew what he was doing and was able to void the transaction so I could cut keep my nice ratchet and not totally shart the situation up
I don't quite follow all that... are you actually suspended or were they wrong about that?

sorry, was driving but needed to vent. Went out of my way to visit the Sears and ended up being a waste for the most part. I did succesfully do a in-vehicle pickup by bring the old ipad to close to a Younkers that is going out of business.
I bought the Wera Zyklop 1/2" ratchet and had anticipated a particular offer being applied, but didn't. So I ended up getting charged to much to my cc. I called SYW the other day, and the lady who seem knowledgeable, she said because it was already in ship status, the easiest way was go into the store, return & rebuy. She put some points in my account to cover the mistake.
Get into the store, guy does the return no problem. He has a pain re-ringing it, as its not a normally stocked item. He tries to use my points and says my account is suspended. Didn't make sense to me, but he retried doing it. Same thing. So I didn't want to leave without the tool, I told him to void the return. He claimed he couldn't, but I've worked/seen enough retail to know that isn't true. So manager voided it & left with my tool & $10 in points for vehicle pickup (wouldnt have gone for just that).
I later put a smile one my face by going to a different HD for a Gen2 set of M12 drivers for under $110 after Menards price match rebate.
Then back on the road, I called SYW and the rep said my account was totally fine. Before I called, I did successfully play a XTRA game. Rep said there are only 2 reasons an account is suspended, which I think is an underestimate. Those 2 are not using your account for a long time (which sounds like closing it, not suspended in punishment) & using your SYW account more than 10 times in a single day at a store. While both legitimate, we all know there are more reasons. The more than 10 in a day was interesting, but did make sense (likely an employee)

I'm re-ordering tonight, with the faslely inflated points in my account, which will then go negative tomorrow once the void transactions hits. Then return one on the first receipt. I think someone will end up getting lucky at the local store when that hits clearance.
Awesome tool by the way. My dog sleeps in my bed, well the tool might get its own pillow next to her. I love Wera stuff, and Milwaukee, and Knipex and....
edit: or not re-dordering, price went up $47 ($72 to $119). guess ill just shut up and play with my tool

Yeah a while back out of the blue they banned ALL the Hometown store owner's accounts without warning. Apparently some were ringing up customer purchases with their SYW ID and racking up big dollars. I can see regular employees doing this to, thus the limiting thing...

Points from winning sweeps games are fine for the 14 days they are supposed to be. It'd be pretty silly to buy something every single day with a tiny amount of points and the rest OOP, instead of letting them accumulate for a week or two.upgrading

I haven't won any bonus/WW spins since the Monday dollars, but the small change has been adding up to at least $1 every day lately. Count your prize confirmation emails (assuming that you save them until the game ends).
I noticed my wins dried up in that game, and it turned out that I had already reached the 10-prize limit last week.

Are you saying the rules are incorrect, or that I'm interpreting them incorrectly?

Anyone else have the last couple bonus games today crash the app on an Android phone? worked fine on the iPad i have re purposed for pickups until they fix that on Android.
Did you try deleting the app cache? Or maybe even the app data?
Yes, there were several complaints about crashes today on SD. People there said clearing the app data fixed it for them.

thanks, will do that next time. i did uninstall & reinstall it. funny that didn't clear it, because it gave a quick tutorial when I first loaded it. I thought it was a bad ad trying to load.
On the later one, I pressed the back button as soon it said loading ad, and not sure if that was it but did finally go on, after several crashes. I know every once in a while it doesn't load an ad, and goes straight to the wheel, which may have been it. Some ads though let you back out of them and continue on, even if the X isn't there yet
The most annoying ads are the ones where the X is booby-trapped - it opens an app install page, without closing the ad. The only way to get past those is with the back button.

Went to a Kmart today. Used the $10 from this week's survey. I used my other points and didn't spend any money out of pocket. At the register they handed me a gift card for $12 in store only anytime in June.
