I placed an order for in-store pickup for one of these locally and when the store called to tell me they didn't have it I asked them to transfer the order to another store that showed 3 in stock but at $33.**. So I got the one that I ordered for $3.36 and then when I picked it up the mgr agreed to pricematch the other two to the $3.36 price.

based on my understanding of the product it's for between the slabs of concrete (expansion joint) as it's self leveling. I'm not sure if you could use it glue up bricks or not but for 20cents or so why not try.... I like your style!
