Decent deal but you are better off getting the hitachi compressor for $169 before coupons. By most accounts a better compressor and really nice nailer. Solid quality kit. In some stores it is $169 in others over $200, do your research.

Thanks for this! I got the Bostitch one. Combined with a $10 off coupon and got it for $69! I also used gift cards that I purchased on raise.com for 3% off.

Thanks. They are all around $69 here still except one store for $10. No shipping but shows 2 avail. Purchased 1, will see if it gets found or found by an employee. lol.
Edit: Woot woot... that one store confirmed that it is ready for pickup... my 1 piece.
Played with it at a local store here and must say, pretty nice. Not sure it would be worth $70... but sub $20 for sure.

As of about 11 p.m. last night my order status is sit still saying ready for pickup I ordered four of the Roosters from the Steubenville Ohio Lowe's funny same as Advance Auto it seems to me a lot of times Lowes as well as Advance Auto are not sending confirmation emails that your order is ready for pick-up going to check here directly and see if they have been cancelled or not I went ahead and ordered four of the buggers. Going to give one to my friend Joyce when she comes here on Monday if you recall my 05 Jeep Liberty thread exhaust system help she will be bringing the vehicle here this coming Monday I will present her with one of the roosters at that time. Question, do the roosters have some type of Rod attached to them to stick into the ground?

No offense intended to anyone - but those crimpers are pretty junky. A poorly-crimped connection that causes problems isn't worth paying for IMHO.

The one in your link to Amazon is $83.++. The one from Lowes is &75. Why do you think the more expensive one from Amazon is a better deal? What am I missing here? Are they different models?
