I wish I could have scored one of those openers. Ours died after a power outage a few months back. The wife isn't that she has to manually lift her door everyday. I do manage to score a few of the other smaller deals.

So I don't know what happened... My store before only had 2, and then it went to full price when OOS...

Today they are showing 9 in stock at 50% off on the Husqvarna 3400 PSI pressure washer again...

https://www.lowes.com/pd/Husqvarna-3400-PSI-2-5-GPM-Cold-Water-Gas-Pressure-Washer-CARB/1000376641

Anyone have any experience with this model???

I picked one up for $224 which I am very happy with. Does everything I need it to. I’m sure there are better rated ones, but for not much more than an electric it was a steal. 3400psi is very nice compared to the 1600psi of the electric one I was using.

Another light - this one apparently includes 6 AAs- but none at my local store so unsure the battery quality. 2ec0f271084319ed6f0ceaa333af491c.jpg

Thank You!! Ordered 6 @ ~ $5.00 each.
0ne store showed full price, one store showed ~ $11.00. ("Still worth it, IDK said to my self, yes, in a way it is")

Found 20 or so at My Lowes, store for ~$5.00.
Said "OK, I'll order in the morning.
Woke up after 1 & 1/2 hour of sleep, went to place my 0rder, Now, one store Not in Stock, "My store", back up to ~$20.00 each, I said :confused: WTH?
Got up at ~6:00 AM, goes to "My store" back down to ~$5.00.
So ordered 6 of them @ ~ $5.00 each.
Will make good "stocking sufferers". Brothers, SIL, Niece, Landlady, etc.
Wonky website/system.
thanks Guys.

EDIT, B/S!!!

"This is the Lowe's of Wheeling, we had to unfortunately cancel part (the flashlights) of your order due to inventory shortage. Sorry for any inconvenience.
As always thank you for your time."
(Probably took them for them self's , or too Lazy to look good!)

Maybe another GJ member could get one for the $87 price and ship it to you? I don't know if it would need any additional packing, probably just slap a label on the retail box?

After a huge fubar on Lowe's end, they ended up shipping me an opener from out of state, though I had to pay shipping of ~25 (they asked if I wanted 2, and shipping more than doubled to $62 :wtf:). Just came with a label on the retail box, but did show up looking like it came right off the shelf.

Here's a list of stores (sorted by state) that have 2 or more of the B980 opener @ $87....

There are still 84 stores that say they have 1 in stock @ $87, and even more at $174 price...

Image of box taken from earlier in the thread, just re-posted so you know what to look for.

Sometimes the inventory is not right. I picked up two french doors for $32.** and the website said only 2 available. Yet, there was 4 on the racks. Best bet is to stop by the actual store and pick it up.

I jut got one in South Burlington vt, and there is one left up in the racks. I had to ask for help to get it down.

Yes, that is common. Most retailers with a website, will always have 1 or 2 less listed on the website, so they can avoid customer disappointment when inventory issues arise. Most times it is off by a count of 1, but with a set of french doors, I can easily seem them off setting the online count by 2.

For anyone installing the Chamberlain on an 8ft door you will need an extension kit, unless you are swapping from an existing Chamberlain or Craftsman belt drive. I've been trying to make sure I have the right belt before getting into the install, and seems Genie & Chamberlain are not compatible. The belt is like $60+ on Amazon or ebay, just for the belt (I already have a solid piece of belt track so don't need the extension parts). Nonetheless, the cheapest I could find the correct belt (& track extension) is Sears. It is $10 less than most any other place. On top of that, for me I have enough points/offers to cover the whole thing.

Craftsman 8' Rail Extension Kit for Belt Drive Garage Door Opener - $50.99

If you don't have points or offers to lower the cost, you can order the belt through their parts website, and currently get $20 back in points to use later. They might charge shipping though

Thanks. I’m guessing you have to go to the store as I haven’t been able to get the B980 to pull up on the website. I only see the B970 at a much higher price. No stores close to me but one in the way to our farm.

While spending a decent portion of time on the phone with Lowes trying to get my B980, the representative said the the B970 was going on the clearance chopping block as well. I haven't seen any indication of that, but that is what I was told. May want to keep you eye on those

Just wanted to say this is a nice charging station for $60! I found one on top shelf even though inventory showed 0. Went after thanks to someone pointing out they dropped to $60

I might have to look into that. My main garage has 2 10x7 doors that I need openers for, and I couldn't find any of the ones that have already been listed.

That would be interesting, lots of B970's in stock... I think the only difference between the B970 & B980 is the inclusion of the deadbolt lock.

You're welcome. ;)

------------

Went to Lowe's today while running errands. Nothing new out really except for all the pressure washers they found somewhere, or maybe got a shipment in. Most everything else was same old stuff from before...

Did see a few more grills on sale, a Horizontal Pressure Tank, lots of blacktop driveway sealer, and that 700 lumen flashlight people were posting about. A lot bigger than what I was visualizing for some reason...

I finally decided to buy one of those chamberlain camo universal remotes, they still never updated the price sticker on the shelf but only 3 were left... I think there were probably a dozen last week? Also found some of the air wick 5-packs for $2.49 up high, had to get an employee to grab a box.

I was going to see if they would price-match on the Bosch laser / level combo after I went to a register for a price check and it was still $44... But I noticed the box had been opened and the contents just rattled inside so I put it back. One of the other stores has several so if I go by there I might ask on a box I know is new & unopened.

When I opened the side door of my $149 tool chest, I got a surprise--it has a special edition label. According to the label, only 12,000 were made.

I finally got a chance to get a pic, I’m way ahead of you, dude! #559 of 12000.
Feeling pretty exclusive up in here.

I picked one of these up the other day. My wife's work is changing some stuff up, so I'm going to wreck and rebuild an office area for them on my days off. This thing looks like it'll do some serious work, especially for the price.

That tiny Hitachi compressor that's supposed to be super quiet will come in handy for that project too since it's a boarding facility. I think someone posted it a week or so ago, but it was $37.50, reg $150.

With all the stuff I've picked up from Lowe's these past couple weeks I'm almost going to have to start both a lawn maintenance AND a small construction company to justify all the stuff I bought, especially since 99% of it I already had or didn't NEED.
Whete is this crowbsr in the store, tool area?

Was one on sale near where I'm at now earlier today, but shows full price now, and could not find it in the store.

Garden by shovels or lumber would be my guess.

Update: Not recommended. Not much better than the HF freebies.

I can't find the post now, but thank you to whoever posted the $1K shed for $267. There was only 1 available for online order over 3 states and it happened to be at a store 35 minutes from me. I picked it up yesterday.
