They're not cast, but press-bent steel. The non-flared legs are much sturdier.

Oh, and the Amazon listing is for one leg, not a pair.

I have those, and yes they are nice. Be aware that they need some side to side bracing or they wobble pretty badly. When I set it up next, it'll be attached to a wall - either at the back or on one side.

Or buy/build the stringer portion.. i've had a few and it seems to help

btw, you find these benches/legs alot at auctions, craigslist, etc.

+1 on this. I have one and it is solid. So long as you do not try bolting casters to each leg. There is a two star review on Amazon because it buckled. I am not sure that is a fair comment
