To clarify "try several times"....
First some background.
1. I have satellite internet that's expensive and totally unreliable (that's another thread!). So while using WIFI mostly on my phone, my connection will frequently be interrupted, need to be reset, or even drop while I am surfing the web. If this happens while placing an online order, I may lose items in my cart, have to re-enter credit card info, or have to reconfirm my order. This (losing connection) can happen at any time with any vendor, and not just Montgomery Lowes. It could also be my phone losing signal or resetting. Don't know and have learned to live with it until rural Alabama gets reliable internet and phone service.
2. Montgomery AL in way southern Alabama and I'm in northern AL, close to Tennesse.
3. While this is rural AL, my nearest Lowes is within 10 miles. And it seems there is another lowes every 10 miles or so around here.
4. I hadn't found any Lowes, local or otherwise, that would ship clearance items. I can typically get truck delivery for larger, regular stock items from several of the Lowes around me.
So...when I was ordering from Montgomery Lowes, my order would drop and I would have to start over (while still in my 'cart'). I remember having to re-enter my credit card info more than once, re-enter my shipping address, re-enter my billing address, as well as re-entering items and quantity. Eventually my order was completely and successfully submitted. I haven't received the 'order ready' email yet. When I receive that and shipping notice, I'll be elated!
