I will probably only use a few of them, but I like to be prepared and eBay had another 15% off sale, so I pulled the trigger.

I also was tired of carrying my heavy booster pack around, so I bought a “cart” for it.

Knipex quality always blows me away. The damn sleeve the pliers come in is impressive itself.

For when your pocket screwdriver or thumbnail just doesn't give you enough umph there's the Blue Point PBFT10 fabrication tool.

Basically it's a 7 inch long by 1 inch 3/16 thick alloy steel bar that thins out, narrows, & curves upward for a very handy bar for prying on something. There are a couple of holes in the handle for tethering or hanging. I like it.

Known in aviation as a "skin wedge" and available from the usual suspects, including Amazon:

Not working aviation, i never knew a skin wedge existed or a spudger for that matter. I think it will come in handy when i need a thin persuader.

Another recent acquisition was this Prestacycle Bit ratchet. Looks like it might come from the same Taiwan factory that makes similar versions for other brands. You can make a tee handle bit driver by lining up one side of the bit extension with a dot and inserting it through the ratchet head. it's compared to the locking flex head USAG model below.

Bud you're going to luv that thing. I bought one a few years back and it has been some of the best dollars I ever spent. The only gripe are the plastic uprights. Once they fatigue and start cracking it's all over. I ended up taking the handle off one of my dead Schumachers and bolting it on along with some solid tires. Despite the fact the bottom is made for carrying a battery, the uprights just can't handle the extra weight for too long if you're wheeling it around.

I have gone on a big shopping spree in the past 4 weeks, bought a Hypertherm 45XP, Hobart IronMan 230 MIG and a CNC plasma table (which hasn’t arrived yet).

My new (to me) parts cleaner . Was connected, but never used. Looking for a 5hp, 1ph, 182TKZ frame motor to replace the 3 ph motor.fd03d8e5ce97f0c6c63ed5302273e9fc.jpg139a6206ca5473eb8136da06061740a6.jpg0bb0e255a217febefba06c0e1f26959c.jpg

Picked up a Chicago Pneumatic CP7200 orbital sander with 2" and 3" pads so i can get into some of the crevices of my buick. Started switching over to Chicago penumatic after having some issues with some newer IR purchases failing pretty quickly. Feels real solid, a little heavier than expected but a "good" weight.

Dude I have that exact SAME little low profile ratcheting 1/4 in hex shank driver :wtf:

I bought it so many years ago I have no clue where it came from but wasn't HF

Mine came with 10 tips (though the paint markings have rubbed off over the years) and I added in a 1/4 shank x 1/4" drive adapter pre impact driver days.

Honestly never thought I ever see another one

At least not these days :lol_hitti

I'm building a small tool kit to keep with me while traveling, so I picked up a small bit holder, bit holder extension, an assortment of Wiha bits, and the baby cobras.

I have one too, they are awesome!!

I may see about ordering an extra set of handles. Probably could make some out of aluminum. This version came with solid tires, seems to be pretty rugged, but it weighs a lot, so I can see how the handle uprights could become weak.

My dealer let me know that I won the popcorn machine raffle today. Why not celebrate by spending more money, right? lol

Ordered the 20 Pc 1/2" Drive SAE deep impact socket set. Goes from 3/8- 1 9/16. Normally $885, dealer gave it to me for $480.

In the mean time, my slotted screwdriver racks finally showed up. Utilizes the space towards the top of the hutch.

Also hopped on the little pry tool band wagon. Neat little thing, and way stronger than it looks.

Also picked up a set of files
