Cstmg8, Rapalas are the best except for the slick wooden handle. I haven't found anything as flexible and sharp. I still use one of my dad's that is probably as old as I am (50 in May). I have a couple of his plus one of my own. I actually used that old one last Sunday to fillet a stringer of bluegills.

Bought a set of "bent" multi (metric, SAE, E-Torx) wrenches earlier today. Not sure if they'll ever come in handy though, hehe. The item description recommended it for starter motors. I haven't ever needed to replace a starter motor (knock on tree) so I'm not aware if the nuts/bolts on those usually sits in a inconvenient location giving these wrenches a true purpose, or not.

Anyways, now I own them! [emoji373]

Bought a few days ago this rebranded INBUS set from Format. It's also the same as the Hazet 2105LG/9HC, but I think they discontinued that, and now only have the non-colored version.

The 10mms should be red not the 1.5. I'd return those sets as defective. :lol_hitti

Great to hear! I actually bought this because it's the only thing I remember my dad ever using (passed away two years ago). I plan to find his old one on the farm next time I'm down.
That's exactly what my plan is for this one. Our home of one year has a 1/4 acre pond that I've been monitoring the stock in. Hoping to let my daughter's catch a mess of bluegill and throw 'em into some cornmeal batter.

I've run into 9mm brake caliper bleeder screws but I think that's about it

Working on the brakes on my 93 f150 and they are 9mm. Used a 9mm deep socket to break one loose yesterday, the rest are sprayed with PB blaster a couple times today, hopefully they'll be easier to break loose Wednesday when I get a chance to bleed them.

Biltema, there's something you don't see often on this board. Very cool.

I haven't been to a Biltema store since my last time in Denmark (last July), but I always try to make a trip through when I can. Between that and the Bauhaus store in the same parking lot, I am hard pressed to keep under the 75 pound limit on my luggage when I fly back home to the states.

This set from Gearwrench is real handy when you need a stubby bit. You can use it with deeps, shallows or wrenches.

Decided to see what all the fuss was about. Got a new to me 3/8 GF80. I haven't had a chance to use it yet but I am guessing once I do my old craftsmans will be gathering dust. I have a couple other things sourced from ebay on the way too.

I have this same meter, and it’s been AWESOME for automotive work. Spot on accurate, too.
yeah this meter is a game changer for battery drain testing since it's the cheapest DC clamp that's still accurate (careful about zeroing and holding the same orientation as the test). and you get all the other regular meter stuff too!

Is that the wrong picture you uploaded? Looks like an F830.

got a few more Tekton items...
I loooove the feel of the Tekton hard handled drivers. My sister bought me a complete set of the high torque drivers which are also nice but they take up a lot more space in my very shallow tool box drawer and like I said, I just love the feel of the hard handles. Also USA made from what I understand.

Yes, US made and they really hold up well. I donated my set of wooden handled Felo drivers to the shop.

No pics as my phone was dead but my Hobart Handler 190 and Instapark ADF GX990T welding mask were delivered today. Also purchased an 80 cu. ft. tank with 75/25 Ar/CO2 and then while picking up the materials to run a dedicated 230V circuit for the welder, I grabbed a Klein AC/DC Voltage Tester.

I would like to see pics.... I bought a 210mp when they were 999... took a couple semesters at gcc in Phoenix of welding 101 and 201... also bought a couple victor setups... oxy/acy and propylene/oxy.... nice for heating and cutting... I bought all my tanks used... vern Lewis or Phoenix welding gave me good credit on them...

I’ll see if I can get some pics tomorrow. I actually grabbed this one for 663 on amazon, but I had about 300,000 Hilton points which meant the welder itself only cost me $104 out of pocket. Made it a lot easier to go ahead and buy my own bottle and new mask. And how worth it were those classes? I just learned with OJT at my last job. Outside machinists were expected to be able to weld. Still an outside machinist but been supervisor for 2 years, plus we’re unionized so once I switched jobs 6 years ago, I haven’t touched a stinger for official work since.

Just wunderin; what does one need this item for?

Keeps the computer alive when the battery is disconnected when changing it or if you just need it out of the way to do other non electrical diagnostic work. Handy if you don't want to be bothered with anti-theft codes or wiping out radio/driver seat position presets.

Certainly nothing "thrilling", and I already have a contractor wheelbarrow, but I just got this one from Ace hardware, a new Ace less than 10 minutes away. With $5 coupon and tax $33!
Not heavy duty, but moving tool, carrying 100# feed, etc. It does have a pneumatic tire. Hard to beat for $33.ad8c8f7ffa19bba5eb2b594dd3a24c50.jpgf9dccd031c5add009e13b189bcc81422.jpg
