I have some M18 batteries that need to be repaired. Who does a good job repairing them?

I've had very good luck with Battery Pack Rebuilders out of Cashmere Wa. I've sent them a ton of batteries over the years and the rebuilds typically last 2-3 years. Great customer service as well, couple times I had ones that didn't last more than a year and they rebuilt at no charge.

I've had Dewalt batteries rebuilt by MTO. Been very happy so far. It's been a couple of years.
