Your largest SAE wrench (home, auto shop)

This is not for the guys who work on large equipment all day. What is the largest imperial wrench you have/use at home or in the auto shop?

1 5/8 any bigger I pull out the 20 inch adjustable. About the biggest I actually use is 1 1/2 on some A/C lines.

Cornwell 1 1/2"

Have a cut up Armstrong that's 2".
And then it goes to the Snap-On crow foot wrenches up to 2 3/8.

These wrenches aren't mine. My brother bought them cheap (probably the only reason why). He works with big *** wrenches and torque wrenches with multipliers at the naval shipyard but it's not like he needs to bring his own tools so...yeah. They've since been given to my dad, who will never use them.

1 5/16 Craftsman for me. My largest metric is a 32MM, Craftsman as well...

Not a wrench but a shop-made "socket" that came with my 22' Ezee-On Disk, never measured it but it goes on a 1 15/16" shaft. Came with a separate 3' slide-in handle made out of 3" flat bar that never worked. Nut is supposed to be tightened to 3200 ft lbs of torque, not sure how that would work with a 3' handle. I use an old 10' axle made of 1 1/2 square stock I had left over from an old offset disk I don't own any more. I'm about 290, figure that's close enough for me.

Well-stocked up to 1-1/2", multiples of 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 5/16, 2/8, 7/16 & 1/2. Then it's a single 1-5/8 and a 2". Craftsman, Bonney, Jet, SK, Proto & Williams.

Largest crow is a 2" SO.

Have a set of Proto 3/4" Impacts that go up to 2-3/8 and a mixed set of Blackhawk and proto 1" impacts that go up to 3-5/8. My metric Protos go up to 65. And then there's the Ozats in 75, 85 and 95.

I'll try and remember to get some pics when I'm in the garage tomorrow....

Actually you see a fair amount of big sizes in hydraulics as well.

For me 1-3/8 is the biggest combo and when they get real big I break out my 36" pipe wrench.
