Supernova, that's similar to what I did. I took down a barn that was 32'X40' and used the existing concrete for the South end. You must have tons of wood to use if you took down something 30'X60'. IMO, too many people are just digging holes and lighting a match on all that wood. Good luck.

The builder was here a few weeks ago and was planning on the end of the month but we’ve since had 12”+ of snow. Picture is looking North and the red lines show the south edge of the existing concrete. Side walls will be 14’ with two 12’ doors. One 16’ wide and one 12’ wide—both facing east.
