I was going to use R24 Rockwool in my 2x6 walls but ended up using closed cell spray foam in the walls and I know I won't regret it.

I just used SW Evening Shadow for my 10' walls in my 32'x36'

32x36, 10’ 1” lower level ceiling height, 7’ upper storage loft walls and a 4/12 pitch roof off the top of my head. Yes this was all on an engineered, thickened edge slab.

I have done this and it works, the line remains empty. I used my cabin all winter and have a heat trace on the line but I still drain it when not there and on cold nights while there.
