The original build was done in 2017 24 x28 2 story Also done another in 2019 10 x 36 barn roof Now want to extend 20 ft onto the 24 x 28 for a total 48 x 24,extion will have a 10 ft ceiling 2x6 walls only one story insulate and finish Tractor is used for property maintenance Kioti CK 2610 HST...

here is the update almost done,13000.00 material cost so far,will be finish in one week,8/12 pitch

Just did this pour with fiber mesh,,,24x28 slab 11 yards,,very easy pour,,now,,,two weeks old,,,,

walls 2x6,knee wall 2x6,ridge beam 2x8,here is bottom floor,will start top today

you can clean out hole,if it is a blind hole,you can epoxy a stud in the hole,loctite has a lot of products for this repair,plus there are other suppliers such as JB weld.that will take the heat,good luck.....

I have built 24x28,second floor attic,what is a good pitch for roof so that i can walk around,span is 24,if i go 8/12 pitch,i will have 8 feet in center,or should i build a knee wall and 5/12 pitch,any help is greatfull. Thankyou

Just purchase 26 acres of land to retired,,in the process of building a 24x28 garage with room above ,,buget of 30,000 canadian,very expensive here on the rock
