Its a unit bearing. Completely sealed, no race to replace. Maybe you over torqued the axle nut.

Take all the locks out and take them to a locksmith they'll charge 5 to 10 buck to rekey the other locks to match one key. I did this with my craftsman tool boxs. I had 3 different keys before.
