I have a friend who has a car lift on 1 side of his 2 car garage and on the other a couch and coffee table facing the exterior wall and a giant screen TV for his viewing pleasure. Cool place, not too much in there at all.

Take a close look at all the lines, make sure there aren't any leaks, also you may want to look closely at the piston, a common issue is a leak from the seal. If the cables are in good shape you should be fine.

The Freud blades we use seem to do the trick!

Not sure what you have a in your area, but We use a blastrack grinder with a 10" aggressive diamond disc, and it comes off pretty simply. Ohh also see if they have a vacuum that can be attached to a grinder similar to this. the dust will be unbearable otherwise.
