There is a trademark stamped on the wrench that looks like this:

Under close examination the word is actually "Blecher". I tried searching that name but could not find anything related to tools. West Germany had thousands of tool manufacturers after WWII so maybe it was a small company that did not operate for very long.

I have a set of West Germany wrenches that I cannot determine who the manufacturer is. They are metric combination wrenches that have an interesting ratcheting feature. I have done internet research but cannot find any information on the wrenches. Does anyone have an idea who manufactured...
