Dang, now thats an idea! I wonder what the R value would be compared to the puffy stuff. Your suggestion would keep it tight to the wall too.

Will be in this house for the next few years so i want to get the garage in shape. I have LED fixtures for the ceiling, going to finish the drywall and paint, grind off the old janky epoxy to redo it, paint the garage doors white and re-do the insulation with white smooth foamboard. My...
