Well, for anyone reading... They haven't improved the quality at all. I have Mr. Cool Minisplit that I installed about 2 years ago. Within the first 16 months I had to replace one of the air handlers as it started leaking refrigerant. Mr Cools warranty covered the cost of the actual unit...
