    I have a radiological survey meter I just tested it with and got no abnormal spikes. I’m good with it, if I had the whole machine I’m sure that would be a different story. Thank you all for your help and consideration. I apologize for steering this thread so far off topic.

    I believe you are correct, I found the word Wappler under corrosion on the knob in the front. They did/do make x-ray machines. It is a nice sturdy stand. I’ll do some research on the radiological aspect of it, I didn’t think about that. Thanks
