Let me know if you can see the pictures. I took a video, but can't seem to get it to link here. The sound of the unit is low except for when it starts up... you can hear the ticking of the ignitor and when it stops...the fan kind of makes a louder noise. Not terrible, just more noticeable...

I have 2 Reznor units, one each in 2 car garages. I love them! Quiet and does the job. We vented out the side of one and the back wall of the other. At first I thought it would look stupid... a big exhaust with a big round vented end that is almost the size of a basketball! It looked fine...
