I'm for the plan it out and get quotes from local yards idea, or you might be able to get a couple contractors out to give you estimates on what you want. The decent ones will give you a breakdown list on work and materials.

Would you be able to get a new set of ramps and get them cut to fit your application??

I'm kinda in the same boat as you in opening up a shop. I would like to go with at least a 4bay set up for mine. My issue is my current area is loaded with places looking for your business. And everything as far as existing sites are WAY overpriced for what they offer.

That top box is about $500-600 if memory serves right.

As a mechanic with ADD, brown tape is your friend!! Use it as markers for stuff that still needs to be done, leave yourself lists on it hanging from what your working on. Once you get into the habit of doing certain jobs it will come second nature to triple check what you have worked on.
