    Strength of chain vs cable

I was asking if he had a torch. Kind of like locking the deadbolt and leaving a sledge sitting beside the door. You could even see it as a suggestion to look around your shop/property to look for opportunities you have created to make thievery easier.

    Strength of chain vs cable

Just curious, do you have a torch in the shop? That is going to negate most methods. As an alternative to cable or chain, you can use roller chain.

    Daisy chaining shop-vacs?

Can you "stair step" your lift? Maybe you need to vacuum with the lower vac and plumb the upper vac into the drain of the lower. Then you are getting the same total lift with 2 shorter lifts.

Retractable Air Hose on a Trolley?

We do this all the time at work. Run a coated cable parallel to the beam through the center of your coiled hose. No trolley are needed. If you buy a quality coiled hose and use coated cable, you'll never wear it out.

Ever used Air Tools without using Oil before?

I'm 37 and I've never seen a drop of oil go through any of my Pop's air tools. Many of which have been used extensively. Having said that, we set up a compressor, minus frl at work for a construction project. After a month of hammering in structural (A325) bolts two brand new IR impacts were...
