Just picked up one of these and was wondering if anybody had a working knowledge of it. It has a lever that looks like you push to touch the commutator and I was hoping somebody could tell me just what it is supposed to test for and how.I know about putting it in the v-blocks and the hacksaw...

Does anyone have any pictures or ideas on how to mount folding swing out arms that will hold a 2 light quartz at the end or maybe a 2 tube florecent? Something on the order of a desk lamp that swivels every which way I guess. I'm new so if this has been gone over please point me to the old...
