    Seemed to work well. Water beaded off when there was nothing on them. They still got saturated with water after the oil/water mix landed on them. I didnt see any oily residue on the concrete. Thanks again for the oil-only mats suggestion!

    I found an oil only pig mat knock off that will be arriving tomorrow from Grainger. It claims to be hydrophobic. I'll give them a try and post the results.

    I have a very oily engine to clean. It requires that a jack up the car to do so. I would like to do it in the garage. Is there some kind of filter i can use to trap the oil/grease and prevent most of it from going into the French drain?
