I would go with a prefab safe room, Just make sure the door opens to the inside of the safe room since it will be inside of another building. If things go bad you want to be able to get out of it. Just a thought.

HF Dolly may be better now. But 5 yrs ago I tried a set on a 49 Chevy 1/2 ton pick up and they fell apart the first time I tried to move it. If I were buying some for myself I would look else where. I have bought a lot of things from HF and most have served there purpose just fine.
X2 high octane no ethanol. That is all I use in my small engines, Plus I add Sta-Bil and I no longer am having carb problems after sitting for long periods. Just what works for me.

A little longer tongue will be easier to back and will tow better, If you keep in mind that yes you do need enough tongue weight. The extra length will also let you jack knife tighter when trying to get into tight places. Just what I do for my own trailers. 42 yrs in the trucking business.
Generic whole house propane. We have ice storms knock out power for several days in our area. I installed a generic unit 15 yrs ago and never looked back. I have replace the battery 2 times and changed oil, that has been the only maintenance I have to do in that time.
