Does anyone use these metric wrench sizes?

Just ran into 25mm on the bottom of a fuel filter for a Cummins engine yesterday. I wondered to myself why they didn't go with 22mm or 26mm since both of those are in my socket set. 1" was close enough so I went that route with it.

Power bill high. Best way to find out why?

Those graphs from the power company are BS in my opinion. Even when I lived alone....no electricity running for 12 hours a day other than things like clock on microwave, etc.....I'd get home and some lights would be on for a couple hours before bed..........That graph still showed me as using...

Anyone else lube their ratchet with 5w20

Was this accidental or on purpose? Just curios. I've dropped many a ratchet into the oil drain pan on accident. I usually wait awhile to pull it out since the oil is usually hot AF lol

May have found my most useless socket...

I agree. I deal with diesel generators and air compressors and pretty much only use 1/2" drive. I ran into some bolts holding the fan shroud on one that were really small. Its been a year though so I can't remember if they were as small as 1/4". Its more likely they were metric though.

    MB17 60KW Military Gen-Set

Man if you can get that thing running and putting out voltage I think you got a screaming deal. Assuming it puts out a voltage you have some use for of course.

    MB17 60KW Military Gen-Set

I'm not entirely sure what a jib crane is. A skid mount 70kva/60kw at my work comes in at about 3500 lbs. I would think that one would be a little lighter given the housing. I would have to assume this jib crane has some sort of weight limit on what it can lift?

Does anyone turn rotors and drums anymore?

Personally, for the hour or so I have to sit around and wait for them to get turned (this assumes a guy is sitting around waiting for something to do) I'll just go buy new ones. I only have one car, so having to find someone willing to waist an hour with me in the middle of the day is going to...

    Motor question for HVAC guys

Not an HVAC guy Mine got noisy and up and died one day. I took a look at how much dirt/lint dust was covering it and figured I could just pull it, clean it up real good and reinstall. It started working again, and lasted 1 day before it died again. Given how long it took me to pull it, clean...
