Ok, thanks. 7-10k for labor and maybe the contractor can get a better deal on the building price may make it a good option to just pay extra to have it done. Anybody else have any thoughts or suggestions?

I have went to the county and discussed my plans. No restriction on size, but it cannot be over 15' at the peak. Also cannot build over my leach lines. I do have a number for a local contractor, but I hoped some of the experienced folks here could chime in based on their experiences.
